Q: Searching Tips

A: Always try to reduce your search query to a few keywords, or even just the author of a book title. If your entering ISBN numbers do **not** use hyphens or dashes between the numbers, ie 1-43380-562-6 should be entered as 1433805626. Wildcards are not accepted, ie dot not use * in searches.

Q: I cannot purchase a Littmann Cardiology III and ship it to my address in Canada

A: This a reseller policy that is forced upon us by Littmann, whereby we cannot ship Littmann stethoscopes directly out of the US.

Q: Why is there a delay with my order?

A: There are many reasons that could affect the processing of your order.

Q: Will my order ship today?

A: If you place your order online before 1pm your order will ship the same day (subject to instore availability)

Q: Which methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks by mail or through payment sites, such as PayPal.

Q: Why was my credit card declined?

A: Check your expiration date, address, zip code and account number to make sure that you did not omit any information. If there is still a problem, contact the issuing institution of your credit card and verify your CC information with them, this is usually the #1 problem with checking out.
