| Q: I cannot purchase a Littmann Cardiology III and ship it to my address in Canada |
| A: This a reseller policy that is forced upon us by Littmann, whereby we cannot ship Littmann stethoscopes directly out of the US. |
| Q: Why is there a delay with my order? |
| A: There are many reasons that could affect the processing of your order. 1. If you placed your order from a country other than the US, your credit card might appear to process ok, but, due to changes in credit card processing to protect you against fraudulent charges the card will not clear our bank. To avoid such a problem occurring you would need to contact your credit card company and pre-arrange for the transaction to be cleared, then re-vist our website and make your purchase. |

| A: If you place your order online before 4pm your order will ship the same day (subject to instore availability) |
| Q: Which methods of payment do you accept? |
| A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks by mail or through payment sites, such as PayPal. |
| Q: Why was my credit card declined? |
| A: Check your expiration date, address, zip code and account number to make sure that you did not omit any information. If there is still a problem, contact the issuing institution of your credit card. |
