The clinical nutrition department at Children's Medical Center produces the Oral, Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition Handbook and Formulary each year as a resource for both Children's medical staff and healthcare professionals who treat infants and children. Based on clinical experiences, the book is designed to be a quick reference on nutrition related services provided at Children's, anthropometrics, oral and nutritional guidelines, lactation information, enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition and national nutritional concerns including the current obesity epidemic.
