The 3M Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope has outstanding acoustic performance & exceptional versatility.  Littmann's Cardiology III has an innovative design offers a patented tunable diaphragm on each side of the chestpiece for adult, pediatric & small site auscultation.  The large side of the Cardiology III can be used for auscultating adult patients, while the small side is especially useful with pediatric patients.
The Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope has two tunable diaphragms allowing the user to conveniently alternate between low- and high-frequency sounds without turning over the chestpiece. The large side can be used for adult patients, while the small side is especially useful for pediatric or thin patients, around bandages & for carotid assessment. The pediatric side of the chestpiece easily converts to a traditional bell by simply replacing the diaphragm with the nonchill bell sleeve included with each Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope.  Patient friendly, nonchill rim and diaphragm.   The Cardiology III also comes with a five year warranty.
